Golfers have debated this issue forever: "What is the most important shot in golf?"
On one side, there are those who say it is the tee shot. Ben Hogan firmly believed, that from a mental standpoint, one's whole round depended on the initial tee shot. Those arguing in favor of the putt, like legendary teaching pro Harvey Penick, felt that the short game around the green was the essence of scoring well.
Perhaps the most astute answer came from Willie Ogg, the original teaching professional selected by the PGA. According to Willie, the most important shot in golf is always "the next one." Can't argue with that!

Our golf professionals have access to Video Swing Analysis with the V1 Software in the Sahalee Swing Room. Swing and short game analysis can be provided for right and left handed players from both front and back angles.
There are many opportunities to learn and improve golf skills in a group setting in golf clinics, camps and summer programs. Sahalee offers programs catering to all ages and ability groups, including:
